State-Specific Reports
Census Module
The Census module is designed to track students and families within a district to better determine future enrollment. The module was originally designed with Nebraska and North Dakota state reporting requirements in mind but is ideal for any district with the need to track basic student information. The module is a simple and easy to use program requiring little or no training and includes required state reports for North Dakota and Nebraska districts.
As with any of our add-on modules to the School Accounting System, you receive a 30-day free trial period after activation to make sure the module will be a good fit for your school.
With Census you can...
- Track families and students within each family for multiple districts
- Increment student grade level each year
- Export family and student data for use in other systems
- Print mailing labels
- Automatically generate and print the required NE State Census Report
- Automatically generate and print the required ND Census by Child and Census Summary Reports
