| Participants will learn how to use the Negotiations module including the steps to create negotiation packages, build salary schedules to calculate the total costs of salaries and benefits, and complete package comparisons. Instruction will also be given on printing contracts, updating Payroll with selected negotiation packages, and calculating a budget batch for a specified package. Time will also be spent during the class building each district's unique salary schedule. Computers will be provided during the workshop to complete lab exercises. |
