The E-mail Direct Deposit Stubs Webinar is a live, online presentation.  During this interactive webinar, participants will learn how to set up and use the School Accounting System to e-mail the direct deposit stubs for employees during a Payroll check cycle using the E-mail Manager. The steps included on the E-mail Direct Deposit Stub Setup Checklist will be reviewed in detail, along with the advantages for e-mailing direct deposit stubs, the requirements of the E-mail Manager, basic terminology, and the steps for testing the E-mail Manager.  Time will be spent at the end of the webinar answering questions during a Question and Answer (Q & A) session.  This webinar is designed for districts not currently e-mailing direct deposit stubs for Payroll, but are planning to implement it in the future.
