Warehouses
Warehouse Module
The Warehouse module is a tool used for managing inventories and increasing inventory integrity. The module will track supply usage for correct expenditure tracking and will process requisitions, adjustments, and returns. Warehouse can be integrated with General Ledger and the Accounts Receivable module, and all reports can easily be customized in Microsoft® Access 2000 or later.
As with any of our add-on modules to the School Accounting System, you receive a 30-day free trial period after activation to make sure the module will be a good fit for your school.
With Warehouse you can...
- Manage requisitions for stock items or production requests
- Track quantity of stock available, quantity reserved, quantity used, and back ordered items
- Automatically create a job/requisition number
- Bill external customers through the integrated Accounts Receivable module
- Set the module up to handle internal customers to post debits and credits directly to General Ledger
