FAQ: Is there a General Ledger report that can be generated for months which cross fiscal years?
Yes, there are a couple of reports in General Ledger that can be generated for months in multiple fiscal years.
One report that can cross fiscal years is the Transaction Detail Report. The Transaction Detail Report provides a detail transaction listing and subtotal by chart of account number for the range of months specified in the Processing Month parameter. The months selected in the Processing Month parameter can cross fiscal years; for example, the report can be generated for 05/2023 to 10/2023. The Transaction Detail Report is accessed from the Reports menu in General Ledger, and then Data Entry Reports.
Another report that can cross fiscal years is a flexible financial report with the Activity field defined as a column on the report.
