The Negotiations Workshop includes instruction on using the Negotiations module.  The steps to create packages, build salary schedules to calculate the total costs of salaries and benefits, and complete package comparisons will be covered in detail.  Instruction will also be given on printing contracts, updating Payroll with selected packages, and calculating a budget batch for a specified package.  Time will also be spent during the class building each district’s unique salary schedule.  Computers will be provided during the workshop to complete lab exercises.
