8:00am - 3:00pm in Sioux Falls, SD

The School Accounting System Workshop is a must for new users to understand and utilize the many time-saving features of the School Accounting System.  The workshop also provides a great opportunity for experienced users to enhance their knowledge of the School Accounting System and pick up extra tips.

Participants experience a mini-month in the School Accounting System through a three-day combination of lectures and lab exercises.  The workshop provides a hands-on experience with the following topics in the School Accounting System:

Payroll (Day 1) – School Accounting System overview, pay period entries, employee absences, time cards, deduction/tax adjustments, check cycle, employees, deductions, pay codes, end of month checklist, and Payroll reports.

General Ledger (Day 2) – Backups, user options, user security, account structure, chart of accounts, budgets, cash receipts, manual journal entries, void checks, replace/reprint lost checks, check reconciliation, and General Ledger reports.

Accounts Payable (Day 3) – Vendors, requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, check cycle, ship to addresses, vendor inquiry, and Accounts Payable reports.

Register to attend all three days, or select to attend just one or two days.

Computers will be provided during the workshop to complete lab exercises.

Classes run 8:00am to 3:00pm each day.  For new schools only, the converted data will be reviewed after the workshop on all three days from 3:00pm to 5:00pm.
