The Web Link Workshop includes instruction on setting up the School Accounting System to implement the Web Link module.  The steps to complete the Web Link Setup Options, add new users with rights to Web Link, and set up the system to use the requisition and leave request options will be covered during the workshop.  Also, all the options in the Web Link module will be reviewed in detail, including:  entering and approving requisitions; entering purchase orders, receivings, and cash receipts; entering and approving leave requests; viewing check history, leave balances, and W2s; viewing and editing personal information; generating reports; and completing room inventory.  Computers will be provided during the workshop to complete lab exercises.  Class runs 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
