  • Accounts Payable>Check Cycle
    • When including negative invoices on Accounts Payable checks, some checks were not splitting correctly causing the inability to print checks. This has been corrected.
  • Payroll>Check Cycle
    • Emailing Payee Direct Deposit Stubs was causing the Email Direct Deposit Screen to disable and stay open. This has been corrected.
  • Payroll>Maintenance
    • The Process Onboarding Employees option was showing a blank grid instead of the Employees that are available to process. This has been corrected.
  • Accounts Payable>Check Cycle
    • In some instances, negative invoices were being split in correctly between checking accounts. This has been corrected.
  • Accounts Payable>Reports
    • When the Purchase Order Detail Description was longer than 40 characters, it was causing expensed Purchased Orders to be left off the Expensed Purchase Orders Report. This has been corrected.
  • General Ledger>Government Reporting
    • Idaho: The Annual Report and the Statement of Financial Condition for 2025-2026 are now available. The Idaho Financial Transparency Data Collection was updated to include the latest ISEE information. Revenue piece 442000 was showing as invalid on the Idaho Budget Report. This has been corrected.
    • Illinois: The Annual Report for 2025-2026 has not been released by the Illinois State Board of Education but will be included in a future update once it is available. The Budget Report for 2026-2027 is now available.
    • Iowa: The GASB 34 Reports for 2025-2026 are now available and there are no changes to the Annual Report process.
    • Kansas: The Budget Report for 2026-2027 has not yet been released by the Department of Education but will be included in a future update once it is available.
    • Missouri: The Annual Report and GASB 34 Reports for 2025-2026 are now available.
    • Nebraska: The GASB 34 Reports for 2025-2026 are now available and there are no changes to the Annual Report process.
    • North Dakota: The Annual Reports, GASB 34 Reports, Certificate of Levy, Special Education Unit Budget, and ESSA Report for 2025-2026 are now available.
    • South Dakota: The Annual Report and GASB 34 Reports for 2025-2026 are now available.
  • General Ledger>Options
    • Cash Receipt Inquiry was timing out. This has been corrected.
  • Payroll>Check Cycle
    • Additional validation has been added to the Email Direct Deposit Option.
  • Payroll>Government Reporting
    • Idaho: The Idaho Staff Data Reporting was updated to include the latest information from the ISEE File. To see the new values, you will need to Import Permitted Values.
    • The New Hire Report was timing out. This has been corrected.
  • Payroll>Options
    • Number of Leave Units has been added to the Unprocessed Entries Grid on the Cancel/Remove Unprocessed Leave Request/Substitutes Screen.
  • Receiving
    • Missing Final Status rows are now included in bulk updates.
  • Accounts Payable>Check Cycle
    • When including negative/zero amounts on Accounts Payable checks, some checks were not splitting correctly causing the inability to print checks. This has been corrected.
  • Accounts Payable>Options
    • When keying in the Invoice Number/Purchase Order Number/Requisition Number in the Vendor Inquiry, the screen wasn’t updating to show the correct Vendor. This has been corrected.

Note: For those districts that have the Web Link module, you will also need to be at Web Link version 26.05.14.01 (or higher, if applicable) since this update contains changes that affect both products simultaneously. Web Link updates must be downloaded through the File Transfer Center and installed on the web server.

  • Accounts Payable>Check Cycle
    • When including credit invoices in select invoices to pay batches, sometimes the invoices were omitted from the check. This has been corrected.
  • Accounts Payable>Data Entry
    • When importing Invoices tied to Purchase Orders, the Outstanding Purchase Order Balance was not being reduced. The Purchase Order Balance will now be reduced when the batch of Invoices is posted.
  • Payroll>Government Reporting
    • Idaho: The Idaho Retirement Report – New Format was updated to include compensation and hours worked for employees even if they are ineligible for PERSI for tracking purposes.
  • Payroll>Maintenance
    • Import Pay Codes has been updated to allow for the importing of Chart of Account Numbers.
  • Receiving
    • New bulk actions have been added to Receiving, allowing users to select multiple detail lines and apply Mark as Final (Receive Remaining) or Cancel Remaining in bulk. Users can also apply comments to selected lines.

Web Link updates must be installed on your web server, excluding School Accounting System-Online customers. If needed, contact your technology coordinator to install the update on the web server.

Since the Web Link product interacts with the School Accounting System and this update contains changes that affect both products simultaneously, you will also need to be at SAS version 26.05.14.01 (or higher, if applicable).

  • Data Entry
    • Cash Receipts and Purchase Orders are no longer in Beta mode for the Modern Version.
  • General Ledger>Options
    • Adjust Posted Entries has a new tab for Batch where the Batch Description of Posted Batches can now be updated.
  • Payroll>Data Entry
    • When making an entry for a Pay Code not set up in the Employee File, the default Check Sequence from the Pay Code file could not be changed on the entry. This has been corrected.
  • Payroll>Government Reporting
    • Idaho: The 2026-2027 Idaho Budget Report is now available.
    • Illinois: The Data Elements have been updated for the Illinois Employment Information System. Import Data Elements to see the updated Data Elements on the Data Elements Tab.
    • North Dakota: North Dakota Teachers Retirement Report – New Format was updated to report Hours Worked for Rehired Retirees on the Contributions File per a request from ND Retirement.
  • Payroll>Maintenance
    • A new option to specify Override Expense Accounts for Deductions and Taxes are now available in the Employee File Maintenance on the Deductions and Taxes Tabs.
    • If an Employee is set up with Iowa State Income Tax, but does not have a tax table designated, it will not withhold on their check. The Tax Table field is now required in the Employee File for Iowa State Income Tax.
  • Leave Requests
    • Users were receiving an error on Save and Continue. This has been corrected.
  • Cash Receipts
    • A new Deposits tab has been added to Cash Receipts. Users can now group multiple cash receipts into a single deposit. Deposits will appear as a cash receipt batch in the School Accounting System.
    • Cash Receipt statuses have been updated to include Open, Deposit Pending, and Deposited. When a Cash Receipt batch is locked in the School Accounting System, the Deposit Pending status will display with a lock indicator and the records cannot be changed.
    • A banner notification will appear when users have open cash receipts that need to be tied to a deposit.
  • Purchase Orders
    • Purchase Orders can now be managed using a Draft workflow. When saving a Purchase Order, it can be saved as Draft or marked Ready to Order. Purchase Orders marked Ready to Order will appear in the School Accounting System.
    • Purchase Orders can also be returned to Draft. Multiple Draft Purchase Orders can be selected and marked Ready to Order.
  • Accounts Payable>Data Entry
    • A new column has been added to the Purchase Order Search to show Payment Type.
  • Payroll>Government Reporting
    • Idaho: When creating the Idaho Retirement Report – New Report Transmittal File, it was returning an error when including multiple Schedule Name/Frequency Codes that had different end dates. This has been corrected.
    • Quarterly 941’s for 2026 are now available. New this year is the ability to have overpayments deposited directly into the school’s bank account (Section 15).
  • Payroll>Maintenance
    • The Pay Code Maintenance File has been updated for the OBBBA (One Big Beautiful Bill Act). These changes include Box 12TT as an option in the Federal Form Box ID and a new field for Overtime Rate Method to definite the rate to use when calculating W2s.
  • K12 Docs Update 26.03.09.01
    • A School_Accounting_Reference_ID index field has been added to the SUI_PR_Employees application. This index field is set to Read Only and is used for tracking employees between platforms.
  • Payroll>Check Cycle
    • When recalculating payrolls with the option to write payee checks selected, users were receiving an application error. This has been corrected.
  • Leave Requests
    • A new permission has been added to allow approvers to view employee leave balances from the Leave Approvals screen. This access is controlled by the Allow Display of All Leave Balances in Approvals in Web Link in Leave Request Options permission in the School Accounting System.
  • Cash Receipts
    • A new Deposit Pending status has been added to Cash Receipts. When the status is Deposit Pending, entries can no longer be edited. When a Cash Receipt Batch is locked in the School Accounting System, the Deposit Pending status will appear.
    • If a General Ledger Cash Account is inactive in the Fund File, the Cash Account Number field will remain blank and cannot be selected for new cash receipt entries.
  • Emails>Receiving
    • Receiving notification emails have been updated to include the Purchase Order number in the email subject line.
  • System Wide
    • A Clear Defaults buttons has been added to Import Screens.
  • Accounts Payable>Government Reporting
    • When submitting 1099s for Vendors with invalid zip codes, the files were being rejected. Validation has been updated to catch these errors before submission.
    • Iowa State 1099 files were not padding the 9-digit Employer Numbers for 1099-NECs. This has been corrected.
  • Accounts Payable>Maintenance
    • The active column has been moved in the Vendor Search to make it more easily accessible.
    • Importing Vendor Direct Deposits was returning errors. This has been corrected.
  • Accounts Payable>Options
    • The Invoice Number on the Vendor Inquiry Screen grid now displays the Prepaid Credit Card Vendor ID when viewing the Vendor with an invoice tied to a Credit Card Payment Batch.
  • Accounts Payable>Reports
    • Two new reports were added to show Expensed Purchase Orders and their remaining balances – Expensed Purchase Orders Report by Chart of Account Number and Expensed Purchase Orders Report by Purchase Order.
  • Accounts Receivable>Maintenance
    • Department ID can no longer be changed in the Invoice Transactions and Payment Transactions Maintenance once entries are tied to them.
  • General Ledger>Check Options
    • Check Reconciliation was not showing Autopay Adjust Posted Entries between Funds. This has been corrected.
  • General Ledger>Data Entry
  • General Ledger>Government Reporting
    • Idaho: Idaho Annual Report has been updated with the latest ISEE File information.
    • Iowa: The 2026-2027 Iowa Budget Summary Report is now available. A new report, Transaction Detail Report – Fund Balance Entries, is available in the Iowa Annual Report option to show entries directly to Fund Balance Account Numbers.
    • Missouri: The 2026 quarter dates are now available for the SDAC Report. A new report, Transaction Detail Report – Fund Balance Entries, is available in the Missouri Annual Report option to show entries directly to Fund Balance Account Numbers.
  • General Ledger>Reports
    • A new report called Balance Summary Report by Fund has been added.
    • A Fund Parameter has been added to the Manual Journal Entries Listing – Detail and Manual Journal Entries Listing – Summary Reports.
  • Main Menu>User Security
    • A Parameter has been added to the Web Link Instructions for Users Report for created date.
  • Negotiations>Maintenance
    • Importing Salary Schedules did not allow 3 digits in the Lane Field. This has been corrected.
  • Payroll>Government Reporting
    • Affordable Care Act (ACA) files were being rejected when invalid characters were in the name field. This has been corrected. System Estimated Employee Counts were reporting incorrect numbers in some instances. This has been corrected.
    • Illinois: Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund Report was adding retirement gross for voided checks instead of subtracting. This has been corrected.
    • Missouri: Invalid characters were removed from Phone Number field on the Kansas City Retirement Report File.
  • Payroll>Maintenance
    • Employee Groups have been added to the Employee ID search.
  • Payroll>Options
    • Voiding checks in the middle of an unposted check cycle was causing incorrect payee check amounts. This has been corrected.
    • Leave Request Options has a new field for Allow Display of All Leave Balances in Approvals in Web Link to be used with the Web Link Modern Experience.

Once you install the 25.12.19.01 update, you will have the released 2026 information for the federal, state and local income taxes and unemployment taxable wage base limits for applicable states. To view and verify this information, please print the appropriate documents using the links below. The tables in these documents MUST be compared to your tax information in the Taxes option under the Maintenance menu in Payroll prior to calculating your first payroll in January 2026.

If you are currently using the Negotiations module with the School Accounting System, the 2026 tax and unemployment information will update automatically upon installing the update.

  • System Wide
    • Automatic emailing has been added to help prevent fraudulent changes. When changes are made to Employee, Payee, or Vendor Direct Deposit Account Numbers and/or Bank IDs or email addresses, an automatic email will be sent notifying them of the change. Emails with also be sent if Users change their passwords.
  • Accounts Payable>Data Entry
    • Validation has been added to Invoice and Purchase Order Batches to not allow changes to posted batches.
  • General Ledger>Data Entry
    • In Cash Receipts, after using the Copy Cash Receipt option and then searching for a new cash receipt without saving, the software was returning an error. This has been corrected.
  • Negotiations>Reports
    • The Negotiations Variance Report was updated to pull the Pay Rate times Total Hours into the Total Contract field if the Total Contract is blank in the Employee Wage.
  • Payroll>Data Entry
    • Employee Absence Batches were returning an error when trying to delete a batch that was tied to a Calculate Payroll Batch. This has been corrected.
  • Payroll>Government Reporting
    • Idaho: Idaho PERSI Choice 401(k) Plan Total Earnings Year to Date was being inflated for each type of deduction. This has been corrected.
    • Kansas: Kansas Unemployment Report was updated to select Month 1, Month 2, and Month 3 based on the check date of the payrolls being included. Also, the Taxable Gross column showed the incorrect amount of wages not over the limit. This has been corrected.
    • North Dakota: North Dakota Deferred Compensation Report has been updated to now allow for the reporting of Roth Deductions which is required starting January 1, 2026.
  • Payroll>Maintenance
    • The 2026 W4 has been added to the system for use on the Employee Personal Changes – Federal W4 screen found on the Taxes tab in the Employee File.
    • The Employee Deduction Screen was showing incorrect amounts in the display grid if the deduction has both a fixed amount and a fixed table. This has been corrected.
    • When importing using the Import Unit Pay Information Excluding Amounts, the Total Payments was not importing. This has been corrected.
    • Pennsylvania State Income Tax is now available.
  • Payroll>Options
    • The incorrect To Name was being used on emails for the Edit Leave Substitutes, Fully Approved Message and the FMLA Leave Request Approved Message emails. This has been corrected.
  • Payroll>Reports
    • The Estimated Qualified Overtime Compensation Report was updated to only include Pay Codes flagged as Overtime.
    • The Contract Export and Employee Listing – Negotiation Information Reports were updated to remove the decimal place for the Lane field.

  • Data Entry
    • Cash Receipts and Purchase Orders are now available for Beta in the New Experience.
  • Leave Requests
    • In Leave Requests, Number of Units to Use will no longer default to 0.00.
  • View Documents
    • View/Edit link has been added to all View Documents.
  • Leave Requests>Substitutes
    • A warning will be displayed if substitute is already assigned to a different leave request for the same day.
  • W4
    • 2026 W4 is available.
  • K12 Docs Update Changes
    • Change Password option is now available under the Tools menu on the main K12Docs screen and allows a user to change his/her password.
    • Delete button was added to the Add Folder Notes screen so a user is now able to delete notes from a folder from within K12Docs.
    • Delete button was added to the Bookmark/Notes screen so a user is now able to delete notes from a document (or page of a document) from within K12Docs.
    • Add Content button was added to the Indexing feature in K12Docs to allow a user to upload documents (saved as .TIFF files) to an indexing list if needed. When using the Add Content button, the files can be added to an indexing list as one batch or each as a separate batch.
    • In Host Site Manager, added a new field for roles called “Is a Password Administrator” that is used for internal purposes at SUI to assist customers in resetting passwords for users (those who are not an administrator) if needed.
    • Users tied to the SUI_All_Read_Only_Access role were previously able to add, delete, and move documents and should not have been; this has been fixed.
    • An issue when publishing with the View Now option not always working has been fixed.
    • An issue with the Download option not always working has been fixed. (Reminder, the Download option is only available for non-TIFF files).
    • The Publish feature now adheres to restricted subfolder security.
    • An issue where the Attributes edit screen transposed onto .TIFF documents with annotations, E-signatures, or redactions has been fixed.
    • An issue with using some annotations has been fixed.
    • An additional role named “PasswordAdmin” has been added to your domain for use by Software Unlimited, Inc.
    • An additional user named “SUIPassAdmin” has been added to your domain in Host Site Manager for use by Software Unlimited, Inc.

    • Reserved Words can now be added to any email message that allows them by right clicking and selecting the Reserved Word you would like to insert from the drop-down of available words.
    • There is now a new option for Send Daily Reminders to Approvers for Requisitions.
    • A Default Email Message Field is now available for Accounts Payable Purchase Orders and Account Receivable Emailing Statements.
    • On the General Options Tab, there are new fields added to allow for Oauth2 Authentication to be configured. See the Help File for more information.
  • Main Menu>Utilities
    • In the Web Link Setup Options, if you have Employee Document Upload Emails set up on the Document Management Tab and are sending files from My Benefits Channel to K12Docs, you will now receive email notifications if there are pending Documents to process.
  • Accounts Payable>Data Entry
    • The Vendor information block now shows the payment method for the Vendor on Data Entry screens.
    • The Invoice Due Date has been added to the Invoice Search Screen.
  • Accounts Payable>Government Reporting
    • The 2025 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC Form changes (except for 1099-MISC Pressure Seal Forms) are included in this release and according to the Internal Revenue Service, electronic filing for these forms will not be available until mid-January 2026. Missouri was removed from the Combined Federal and State Filing Program.
  • Accounts Payable>Maintenance
    • Reserved Words can now be added to the Addenda for Direct Deposit in the Vendor File Maintenance by right clicking and selecting the Reserved Word you would like to insert from the drop-down of available words.
  • Accounts Payable>Options
    • Document Inquiry for K12Docs is now available under the Options Menu on the Accounts Payable screen. Within the option, you may now search and see all Documents for a particular Vendor or all Documents tied to a specific batch.
  • Accounts Payable>Reports
    • The W9 Tax Classification and Sales Tax ID have been added to the Vendor Tax Information Report.
  • General Ledger>Check Options
    • Unselecting Direct Deposits in the Check Reconciliation was causing schools to receive a timeout message in some instances. This has been corrected.
  • General Ledger>Government Reporting
    • Iowa: The Iowa Annual Report was pulling in optional pieces when it should not have been. This has been corrected.
  • General Ledger>Options
    • If there is only one Pay Code ID tied to an entry in the Adjust Posted Entries Option/Payroll, it will now default into the Adjust Payroll Entry Screen.
  • Negotiations>Maintenance
    • Reserved Words can now be added to Agreement Statements in Agreement Form Setup – Unit Employee and Agreement Form Setup – Contract Employee by right clicking and selecting the Reserved Word you would like to insert from the drop-down of available words.
  • Negotiations>Options
    • Calculate Budget will now give you a Calculate Payroll Message if the Employee Calculating doesn’t have Total Payments completed in the Employee File.
  • Payroll>Government Reporting
    • The 2025 changes for the Employees W2s are included in this release.
    • The 2025 Affordable Care Act (ACA) B Form changes are included in this release and according to the Internal Revenue Service, electronic filing for these forms will not be available until mid-January 2026.

    • Idaho: Idaho Retirement Report – Transmittal File has been updated to include Employees with and without wages. See the Help File for more details.
    • Illinois: The Illinois Unemployment Report was changed to pull by batch instead of processing Month.
    • Kansas: The Kansas Unemployment Report was pulling in multiple date sequences when Paying Contact Balances instead of by the batches that were selected. This has been corrected. Additionally, the Kansas New Hire Report was updated to include the Unemployment Account Number as required by the state.
    • Nebraska: The Special Education Financial Reporting System Data Type was updated for Paraprofessional Substitute.
    • North Dakota: The North Dakota Teachers Retirement Report – New Format now includes an option to Create the Census Data Audit File. The TFFR Report was updated to include the Ending Month.
    • Ohio: Ohio State Income Tax has been updated.
  • Payroll>Options
    • The Direct Deposit File Creation screens will now have a PPD Company Entry Description Field and CCD Company Entry Description Field to accommodate NACHA File Regulations.
  • Payroll>Maintenance
    • On the Deduction Tab in the Employee File, the Start and End Date of the Deductions will now display in the grid. Also, Reserved Words can now be added to the Addenda for Individual Bank Account Deduction Direct Deposits by right clicking and selecting the Reserved Word you would like to insert from the drop-down of available words.
    • When updating Direct Deposit Information in the Employee File, if that Employee also has an Entity Role of Vendor and is set up for Direct Deposit, you will receive a prompt allowing you to choose if you would like to automatically update the Vendor Direct Deposit Information at the same time.

Since the Web Link product interacts with the School Accounting System and this update contains changes that affect both products simultaneously, you will also need to be at SAS version 24.10.15.01 (or higher, if applicable).

  • Employee Information>Leaves
    • In the mobile version of Leave Request Entry, the unsubmitted grid was not displaying when selecting the Requisition Entry option. This has been corrected.
  • General Ledger>Government Reporting
    • Idaho: Idaho Annual Statement of Financial Condition for 2024 has been released and is updated.
  • Negotiations>Reports
    • Employee Negotiation Rates Wage Report, Package Comparison Report by Employee with Benefits, and Package Comparison Report by Employee without Benefits have been updated to no longer combine employees with the same first and last name.
  • Payroll>Government Reporting
  • Payroll>Options
    • The Export Grid option was no longer working on the Direct Deposit Prenotification screen. This has been corrected.
  • K12 Docs Update Changes
    • In the Add Content window, the currency/decimal type fields were not allowing decimals. This has been corrected.
    • The Secure and Authorization Based Lookups were sometimes being ignored or used incorrectly. This has been corrected.
    • The Direct 2 Document link has been updated to allow users to update attributes while document is open.
    • There were various issues with downloading and publishing .TIF documents that have been corrected.
    • The Document Viewer page count is now handling missing pages correctly by updating the page count when a document is moved or deleted.
    • The Folder View now auto-selects first available document when subfolders are enabled.
    • The publisher popup will now open at the correct level (folder or document) and allow the page range to be per file.
    • The Beginning Page/End Page fields have been replaced with a total page count for each document in the Folder View grid.
    • File names with dashes and spaces were causing issues when downloading and publishing. This has been corrected.

Note: For those districts that have the Web Link module, you will also need to be at Web Link version 24.08.13.01 (or higher, if applicable) since this update contains changes that affect both products simultaneously. Web Link updates must be downloaded through the File Transfer Center and installed on the web server.

  • General Ledger>Government Reporting
    • Kansas: The Budget Report for 2024-2025 generate screen was showing a Fund 57. This has been corrected.
    • North Dakota: The Certificate of Levy was not reporting the summary for the Safety Fund Levy on the first page. This has been corrected.
  • Payroll>Government Reporting
    • In 403b Reporting, AFPlanServ was not showing deductions flagged as Employee on the Contribution tab. This has been corrected.
    • Idaho: Idaho Staff Reporting was updated with new permitted values. To see the new values, schools will need to reimport permitted values under the Options Menu.
    • Illinois: Illinois Monthly Teachers Retirement Report doubled contributions when it included two payrolls with different schedule dates. This has been corrected.
    • Iowa: A new option to create the Iowa State Education Association Report (ISEA) – Bargaining Unit List has been added.
    • Missouri: MOSIS has been updated to pull the email address when going to the Edit Core Data tab.
    • Nebraska: Nebraska Staff Reporting has been updated to remove the option of Allowable Locally Approved Means under the Paraprofessional Assessment.
  • Payroll>Reports
    • A new report called Employee Leave Liability Report has been added to the standard Employee Reports (PR).
  • Payroll>Maintenance
    • Kansas State Income Tax new withholding tables were released effective July 1, 2024. If you haven’t already changed the tables manually, once this update is installed, you will have the appropriate tax table information.     • The Web Link module has been updated to allow for Beta Testing of Requisitions.
  • System Wide
    • Users were able to open the same data entry batch more than once. This has been corrected.
  • Accounts Payable>Data Entry
    • If fields were hidden in the detail section of Purchase Orders, users received an error when deleting rows. This has been corrected.
  • General Ledger>Government Reporting
    • Idaho: The Annual Report for 2023-2024 and Idaho Financial Transparency Data Collection account codes have been updated to match the recently released ISEE file. Idaho Annual Statement of Financial Condition for 2024 has not been released but will be included in a future update.
    • Illinois: The Annual Report for 2023-2024 is now available.
    • Kansas: The Budget Report for 2024-2025 has been released. School Accounting System-Online Customers received the updated file on 7/11/2024 during the maintenance window.
  • Payroll>Data Entry
    • Users were unable to import Payment in Kind entries into Pay Period Entries and Employee Absences. This has been corrected.
  • Payroll>Government Reporting
    • Iowa: The Iowa Public Employment Relations Board Report option and export file has been updated.
    • Wyoming: The Wyoming Staff Member Collection Report has been updated for the Fall of 2024 WDE602 and Spring 2025 WDE652 filing.
  • Payroll>Maintenance
    • The Ohio Department of Taxation released new withholding tables effective July 1, 2024. If you haven’t already changed the tables manually, once this update is installed, you will have the appropriate tax table information.     • There will be changes for those using the School Accounting System-Online version to have Integrated Security in the near future. With these changes, all Backup options will be hidden as backups are maintained and handled in your environment automatically.
  • General Ledger>Government Reporting
    • Idaho: The Annual Report for 2023-2024 is now available. Idaho Annual Statement of Financial Condition for 2023-2024 has not been released but will be included in a future update. The Four Year Summary Report for the Idaho Budget Report was showing the incorrect years in the column headings. This has been corrected.
    • Illinois: The Annual Report for 2023-2024 has not been released by the Illinois State Board of Education but will be included in a future update once it is available. The Budget Report for 2024-2025 is now available.
    • Iowa: The GASB 34 Reports for 2023-2024 are now available and there are no changes to the Annual Report process.
    • Kansas: The Budget Report for 2024-2025 has not yet been released by the Department of Education but will be included in a future update once it is available.
    • Missouri: The Annual Report and GASB 34 Reports for 2023-2024 are now available.
    • Nebraska: The GASB 34 Reports for 2023-2024 are now available and there are no changes to the Annual Report process.
    • North Dakota: The Annual Reports, GASB 34 Reports, Certificate of Levy, Special Education Unit Budget, and ESSA Report for 2023-2024 are now available.
    • South Dakota: The Annual Report and GASB 34 Reports for 2023-2024 are now available.
    • Wyoming: The Annual Report and GASB 34 Reports for 2023-2024 are now available.
  • General Ledger>Government Reporting
    • When running flexible financials, the Budget Balance at End of Month field was including outstanding invoices for schools on a Cash Basis. This has been corrected.

    • The Idaho State Tax Commission released new withholding tables on May 21, 2024. If you haven’t already changed the tables manually, once this update is installed, you will have the appropriate tax table information.
