Software Unlimited, Inc. has been a privately-held company since 1979, and has provided us with a dedicated opportunity to shape our products and services to meet the challenging requirements of schools. Our goal is to develop, train, and support software with the best technology available while being mindful of our customers’ needs to have affordable products and services.
I began my orientation at Software Unlimited, Inc. in 1982. It is my great joy to work with good friends while contributing to SUI in the areas of research and development, web services, internal IT, finance, and long-term strategy.

I was hired in 1995 as a Customer Support Representative and promoted to CEO in 2002. It has been amazing to witness the many changes and unique challenges presented to school districts. I am very proud of our talented team of professionals that work hard every day to develop, market, train, and support our specialized products and deliver a truly unlimited service for our customers.
I was hired by Software Unlimited in January, 2001 after 31 years in retail. I have witnessed the many changes to the School Accounting System, as I’m frequently an early “beta customer” for our Development team. I was one of the first to test the upgrades through two versions of the system as well as our cloud offering. I always look forward to our new software updates that makes my job more efficient and reporting better.
I became a member of the SUI family in 2016 after being in the customer service industry most of my life. I am the proud mother of four amazing children, so needless to say I don’t have a lot of free time. I enjoy working with and helping people, and find the most fulfillment in knowing I’ve done my job, and I’ve done it well.

Since 2003, I have enjoyed the pleasure of meeting hundreds of wonderful school business officials during my frequent travel throughout our territory. I appreciate the long-term relationships we have built with our customers and sharing the benefits of our School Accounting System and add-on modules with existing and prospective clients.
I bring over 12 years of experience with software sales in the education field, and I’ve had the privilege of working directly with K-12 schools in the Midwest. I’ve enjoyed building positive relationships with school administrators and business officials by helping them find the right solution that fits their need. I look forward to getting to know existing Software Unlimited, Inc. customers and forming new long-term relationships with prospective clients.

I have been training users on the School Accounting System and add-on modules since 1998, when I first started working at Software Unlimited, Inc. I enjoy helping our customers learn the software through our various forms of training, including formal workshops, webinars, phone trainings, and on-sites.
Joining the team in 2016, I bring a diverse background, including several years in banking as well as accounts payable for a nationwide long-term care facility. My retail background includes training almost every employee that came through the door. It will be exciting getting to know our customers through the many forms of training that Software Unlimited, Inc. offers.
I joined the Training Department in 2018, and have had the pleasure of working with others who have a passion for what they do here at Software Unlimited, Inc. With training experience in both the retail and restaurant industries, I look forward to the opportunity to train and assist our customers in navigating our programs and modules. Most of all, I look forward to building relationships with our customers.
Before joining the Software Unlimited, Inc. team in 2019, I worked in retail management positions for 9 years and trained many employees. I am excited to meet and train our new and existing clients on the School Accounting System and add-on modules. When I am not helping our clients, you can find me enjoying the outdoors with friends, family and my dog.

I feel very fortunate to have the pleasure of assisting our customers with the School Accounting System since 2004. It has been very rewarding to have cultivated relationships with our customers, some which began many years ago when I was instructing training workshops. I look forward to many more years of serving our customers!
Since 2014, it has been my privilege to help many school business officials with their transition to our School Accounting System product. It has been a pleasure to watch them progress and I enjoy helping them learn new ways to make their tasks easier and more efficient.
Joining the team in 2017, I bring a diverse background, including several years as a Business/Computer Teacher and Coach. My educational background includes working with both staff and students. I have a passion for the ever changing world of technology and software. It will be exciting to get to know the customers with Software Unlimited, Inc.
Since 2002, I have had the unique opportunity to see the School Accounting System evolve through several versions, and I’ve enjoyed the adventure assisting our customers through the many changes. I appreciate the daily challenges our customers face, and my goal is to apply my years of experience to get them back on track quickly.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with SUI since 2011. I have enjoyed working in the Training department being able to get to know our customers and seeing them throughout the year in our many training classes. I have also been happy to help out and get to know our customers on the phones in Customer Support.
I’ve been assisting our customers and answering questions regarding the School Accounting System since 2002. It has been an amazing experience helping users navigate our comprehensive products, and I love the friendly and respectful relationships we have forged with school business officials.
Joining the team in 2019, I bring 5 years of customer support experience. I appreciate the continual changes technology brings and enjoy navigating our customers through those changes. I am excited to be apart of SUI’s growth and to continue to build growing relationships with our customers.
Joining the team in 2019, I bring years of experience in customer service. I’ve worked nine years in retail and health care and enjoy working with customers. During my customer service career, I’ve always looked forward to getting to know customers and building solid business relationships with them while helping them navigate the School Accounting System.
I’ve been a member of the development team since 1999, allowing me to see various versions of the School Accounting System, and its modules, as they’ve evolved with customer needs and technology – all the way from DOS on “fat” monitors to our Web Link module, now accessible on any mobile device.
As one of the newest members of the software development staff, it has been exciting to jump right into some challenging projects. I enjoy the opportunity to work on enhancing and making the School Accounting System an even better product for our customers.
Originally starting in customer support with Software Unlimited, Inc. in 2004, I have switched roles to quality analyst after 10 years. During my time in customer support, I was able to travel and meet many of our customers. With my current position, I get to work on enhancing our software for all the people I’ve met throughout the years.
I have been with Software Unlimited since 2004 where I have enjoyed being a support representative, trainer, quality analyst and now a software developer.
