Since joining SUI in 2020, my role has primarily been scaffolding out future concepts that will directly affect our product from a front-end lens. I have full-stack experience from building relational databases to reusable components and deploying single-page applications. The words that best describe the value I bring are the “create” & “update” portion of our mission statement.

I joined the Software Unlimited Training department in 2024 and have greatly enjoyed getting to know our customers and building long-term relationships through the various forms of training. Before joining the Software Unlimited, Inc. team, I worked in Product Delivery with construction project management software and helped the software meet the client’s needs without compromises.

I feel very fortunate to have the pleasure of assisting our customers with the School Accounting System since 2004. It has been very rewarding to have cultivated relationships with our customers, some which began many years ago when I was instructing training workshops. I am so excited to be back! After taking a short leave from SUI, I am beyond happy to be working with new schools again. As a former educator, I enjoy the many light bulb moments that occur throughout the transition process, and I look forward to working with each and every one of our customers.

I joined Software Unlimited in 2022. My primary role is building out our new web-based application for our customers. I look forward to the opportunity to help with full stack development and setting up infrastructure that will provide immediate customer value!

My goal is to provide our customers with fast and reliable infrastructure for a good user experience. I’m very excited to be a part of the SUI team and help deliver a great product to our customers!

Joining the team in 2016, I bring a diverse background, including several years in banking as well as accounts payable for a nationwide long-term care facility. My retail background includes training almost every employee that came through the door. It will be exciting getting to know our customers through the many forms of training that Software Unlimited, Inc. offers.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with SUI since 2011. I have enjoyed working in the Training department being able to get to know our customers and seeing them throughout the year in our many training classes. I have also been happy to help out and get to know our customers on the phones in Customer Support.

My journey began in 2018 in the Training Department, where I had the privilege of training and assisting our customers in navigating our software. Transitioning to my current position as a Quality Assurance Analyst, I specialize in maintaining the highest standards of software quality and user experience. My keen attention to detail enables me to identify issues early in the development cycle, driving improvements and enhancing overall product performance. I am passionate about contributing to the success of our products and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Originally starting in customer support in 2004, I have transitioned to quality analyst and then to business system analyst with Software Unlimited, Inc. During my time in customer support, I was able to travel and meet many of our customers. With my current position, I get to work on enhancing our software for all the people I’ve met throughout the years.

I joined the Software Unlimited Support team at the beginning of 2024. I have many years of experience working in customer service, along with accounting experience as well. I have enjoyed getting to know our wonderful customers here at SUI, and I look forward to continue working with everyone in the future.

I have been training users on the School Accounting System and add-on modules since 1998, when I first started working at Software Unlimited, Inc. I enjoy helping our customers learn the software through our various forms of training, including formal workshops, webinars, phone trainings, and on-sites.

I became a member of the SUI family in 2016 after being in the customer service industry most of my life. I am the proud mother of four amazing children, so needless to say I don’t have a lot of free time. I enjoy working with and helping people, and find the most fulfillment in knowing I’ve done my job, and I’ve done it well.

It is a pleasure working for SUI. I joined the support team in 2022 after retiring from MO Public Schools. I am enjoying working with the school business officials on this side. I find my experience as a prior user of the software helpful in relating to our customer’s needs.

I bring over 12 years of experience with software sales in the education field, and I’ve had the privilege of working directly with K-12 schools in the Midwest. I’ve enjoyed building positive relationships with school administrators and business officials by helping them find the right solution that fits their need. I look forward to getting to know existing Software Unlimited, Inc. customers and forming new long-term relationships with prospective clients.

I have known the Software Unlimited, Inc. family for quite some time, and it is a privilege to officially join their ranks. However I am called, I am ready to support them and to serve and support our customers. I look forward to learning and growing and being a friendly and helpful part of SUI. On a personal note, I like to camp & hike (or just nap in a hammock), knit, read, and have recently started to relearn the piano.

I am enthusiastic to nurture relationships and empower our customers to achieve their goals more effectively.
