My journey began in 2018 in the Training Department, where I had the privilege of training and assisting our customers in navigating our software. Transitioning to my current position as a Quality Assurance Analyst, I specialize in maintaining the highest standards of software quality and user experience. My keen attention to detail enables me to identify issues early in the development cycle, driving improvements and enhancing overall product performance.
