Welcome to the School Accounting System provided by Software Unlimited, Inc. (SUI). By accessing or using this software, website, or related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use the Services.
Authorized Use
The Services are licensed for the exclusive internal business use of the subscribing organization and its authorized employees, contractors, and approved users. Unauthorized use, including use on behalf of third parties without written permission from SUI, is strictly prohibited.
Account Access and Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials, including usernames, passwords, and any multi-factor authentication methods.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
All software, documentation, interfaces, workflows, reports, designs, and related materials remain the exclusive property of Software Unlimited, Inc. The software is licensed, not sold.
Availability and Maintenance
SUI provides ongoing maintenance, updates, enhancements, workshops, webinars, and support services as part of the applicable maintenance agreement. Service interruptions may occur during scheduled maintenance.
Customer Data
All data entered, uploaded, or generated by the Customer remains the property of the Customer. Upon termination of services, SUI will provide reasonable access to Customer-owned data in a usable format.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, SUI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota.
