The Activity Fund Webinar is a live, online presentation. During this interactive webinar, participants will learn how to track an activity fund within the School Accounting System. The webinar will cover the steps for setting up an activity fund in the Fund File, adding activity account numbers in the Chart of Accounts File, and generating activity fund balance reports in General Ledger. While entering activity revenues in the Cash Receipts option and activity expenses in the Invoices option will be discussed, these options will not be covered in detail. Time will be spent at the end of the webinar answering questions during a Question and Answer (Q & A) session. This webinar is designed for districts not currently tracking an activity fund in the School Accounting System, but are planning to implement the process in the future.
