The Certificates and Education in Human Resources Webinar is a live, online presentation. During this interactive webinar, participants will learn how to enter the certificate and education information for employees. The Certificates and Education screens in the Employee File will be reviewed in detail. The steps to add certificate types, endorsements, grade levels, courses, and schools in the Human Resources module will also be covered. Time will be spent at the end of the webinar answering questions during a Question and Answer (Q & A) session.
