During the Iowa BEDS Report Webinar, participants will learn how to utilize the Iowa BEDS Report option in the School Accounting System when preparing the Fall report of the Basic Educational Data Survey (BEDS) submitted to the Iowa Department of Education. The Iowa BEDS Report option and setup procedures will be reviewed in detail, including the steps to generate the demographic records for employees, enter program and assignment records for each employee, and create files containing the BEDS data and/or the salary only data to be uploaded into the state’s website.
