The Room Inventory Webinar is a live, online presentation. During this interactive webinar, participants will review all the steps on the Room Inventory Setup and Completion Checklist, which will allow employees to complete a room inventory in the Web Link module for the assets entered in the Fixed Asset Inventory module. The process for how your employees will complete the Room Inventory option in the Web Link module to update the status of the assets in their assigned rooms will be covered in detail. Also, the Process Room Inventory option in the Fixed Asset Inventory module will be reviewed to show how to update the Asset File with any new or missing assets found during the inventory, and update assets with location, condition, or disposal status changes. Time will be spent at the end of the webinar answering questions during a Question and Answer (Q & A) session. This webinar is designed for school districts who have licensed both the Fixed Asset Inventory and Web Link modules, and want to have their employees complete annual or semi-annual inventories via Web Link for the assets entered in Fixed Asset Inventory.
