The Time Cards Webinar is a live, online presentation. During this interactive webinar, participants will learn how to make entries for unit employees who punch in and out on a time clock and are to be paid for the pay period in the School Accounting System. The Time Cards option in the Payroll module will be reviewed in detail, including the steps to manually enter the times that employees punched in and out, import a file directly into a batch of time cards (from an electronic time clock system, if used), and post a Time Cards batch to a selected Pay Period Entries batch to be used during the payroll check cycle. Time will be spent at the end of the webinar answering questions during a Question and Answer (Q & A) session. This webinar is designed for districts interested in learning more about the Time Cards option.
