Version 24.10.15.01

Note: For those districts that have the Web Link module, you will also need to be at Web Link version 24.10.15.01 (or higher, if applicable) since this update contains changes that affect both products simultaneously. Web Link updates must be downloaded through the File Transfer Center and installed on the web server.

  • Accounts Payable>Check Cycle
    • Check details were not splitting correctly across multiple checks in some instances. This has been corrected.
  • Accounts Payable>Government Reporting
    • The 2024 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC Form changes are included in this release and according to the Internal Revenue Service, electronic filing for these forms will not be available until mid-January 2025.
  • Payroll>Government Reporting
    • The 2024 changes for the Employees W2s are included in this release.
    • The 2024 Affordable Care Act (ACA) B Form changes are included in this release and according to the Internal Revenue Service, electronic filing for these forms will not be available until mid-January 2025.
    • The 2024 Affordable Care Act (ACA) C Form changes are included in this release and according to the Internal Revenue Service, electronic filing for these forms will not be available until mid-January 2025.
    • The 403B Reporting for Voya has been updated to now export 401A, 401A Roth, 403B, 403B Roth, 457, and 457B Roth Files. The Deduction Tab should be updated to report 401A values if needed.
    • Missouri: In the Missouri GASB 68 Report option, a new tab called View GASB 68 Audit, and a new Export GASB 68 Audit Report have been added to assist when balancing for the State Auditor.
    • Illinois: The Illinois Employment Information System has been updated. Select the Import Data Elements option, located under the Options menu, to update the Position Codes.
    • North Dakota: The North Dakota PERS Deferred Compensation Report and North Dakota Public Employees Retirement Report have been updated to allow for the new DC2025 Defined Contribution Plans available January 1, 2025.
