Version 25.03.18.01

Note: For those districts that have the Web Link module, you will also need to be at Web Link version 25.03.18.01 (or higher, if applicable) since this update contains changes that affect both products simultaneously. Web Link updates must be installed on your web server, excluding School Accounting System-Online customers.

  • System Wide
    • State/Province Codes have been updated for the country of Denmark.
    • An hourglass has been added to the screen while reports are being uploaded to K12Docs.
    • Users can now specify a starting row and column when printing mailing labels.
  • Main Menu
    • The Main Menu has been updated to show users that have been locked out of Web Link every 15 minutes.
    • When setting up New Users, Auto Copy Report Choices will be selected by default.
  • Accounts Payable>Checks
    • Checks were not splitting correctly across multiple checks. This has been corrected.
  • Accounts Payable>Data Entry
    • Invoice detail lines will now include unposted invoices that are tied to purchase orders when showing the balances.
    • When Copying a Purchase Order, you will now be able to select the Vendor ID for the Purchase Order to filter the search.
  • Accounts Payable>Maintenance
    • If only one Ship To Address was set up in the maintenance menu, it was defaulting into every Purchase Order and Requisition. This has been corrected.
  • General Ledger>Government Reporting
    • Iowa: The Iowa Budget Summary Report did not include Budget Batches for the Actual option unless they were marked as a New Budget. This has been corrected.
    • Missouri: The 2025 Quarter Dates are now available for the SDAC Report.
    • Wyoming: The Annual Report now includes an option to submit the report electronically under the Options menu.
  • Negotiations>Maintenance
    • The Budget Total field on the Salary Schedule Screen was displayed incorrectly in some instances after Calculating for Budget. This has been corrected.
  • Payroll>Government Reporting
    • Illinois: The Illinois Monthly Teachers Retirement Report – New Format has been renamed to Illinois Monthly Teachers Retirement Report and the previous version of Illinois Monthly Teachers Retirement Report has been renamed to Illinois Monthly Teachers Retirement Report – Old Format and moved under the Options Menu in the Illinois Monthly Teachers Retirement Report Option.
    • Idaho: A new option has been added for the PERSI Choice 401(k) Reporting. See help file for detailed instructions: https://docs.su-inc.com/training/HelpFile/sql/Idaho_PERSI_Choice_401(k)_Plan.htm
    • Quarterly 941’s for 2025 are now available.
