Version 25.05.15.01 and 25.05.16.01

Note: For those districts that have the Web Link module, you will also need to be at Web Link version 25.05.15.01 (or higher, if applicable) since this update contains changes that affect both products simultaneously. Web Link updates must be downloaded through the File Transfer Center and installed on the web server, excluding School Accounting System-Online customers.

  • System Wide
    • Partial syncs for K12Docs did not show that documents were tied to invoices. This has been corrected.
    • The Report Uploads to K12Docs option now includes an option to upload documents in a Colored Tiff format.
  • Accounts Payable>Requisitions
    • Users were able to submit requisitions to inactive approval trees. This has been corrected.
  • General Ledger>Government Reporting
    • Wyoming: The Annual Report for 2024-2025 is now available.
  • General Ledger>Reports
    • The cleared direct deposit total on the Check Reconciliation Report included Adjust Posted Entries. This has been corrected.
  • Payroll>Government Reporting
    • Idaho: The Idaho Retirement Report – New Format was created in preparation for the PERSI new format release on July 1st.
    • Kansas: The Quarterly Unemployment Report for Kansas has been updated to show the taxable wages to be consistent with the file that is created.
  • Payroll>Maintenance
    • The Import Unit Pay Information Excluding Amounts Option now allows for the import of total payments.
    • The Idaho State Tax Commission released new withholding tables. If you have not already changed the tables manually, once this update is installed, you will have the appropriate tax table information.   • Payroll>Reports
    • The Contract Export Report and Employee Listing – Negotiation Report were updated to include more information.
  • System Wide (Version 25.05.16.01)
    • When using the upload to K12Docs Report feature, the option to Upload Individual Pages to Selected Entities was no longer working. This has been corrected.
