Version 25.10.16.01 – Web Link

Web Link updates are available for download from the File Transfer Center: https://transfer.su-inc.com

Important Notes
Web Link updates must be installed on your web server, excluding School Accounting System-Online customers. If needed, contact your technology coordinator to install the update on the web server.

Since the Web Link product interacts with the School Accounting System and this update contains changes that affect both products simultaneously, you will also need to be at SAS version 25.10.16.01 (or higher, if applicable).

  • Data Entry>Cash Receipts
    • Users were able to make changes to posted Cash Receipt batches if the batch was open in Web Link while it was posted in the School Accounting System. This has been corrected.
  • Data Entry
    • Payment Method will now be displayed with the Vendor Information on all Data Entry screens

New Experience

  • Leave Requests
    • Fixed an issue in Leave Requests, where entering a zero in required fields was being cleared after saving.
    • Added a Status Column to the Leave Request Substitutes grid.
  • Data Entry
    • Payment Method will now be displayed with the Vendor Information on all Data Entry Screens.
  • Email Messages
    • Corrected an issue where email messages were not preserving line breaks.
  • Browser
    • Added a warning if the browser version is outdated.
