Version 25.12.19.01 – Web Link

Web Link updates are available for download from the File Transfer Center: https://transfer.su-inc.com

Important Notes
Web Link updates must be installed on your web server, excluding School Accounting System-Online customers. If needed, contact your technology coordinator to install the update on the web server.

Since the Web Link product interacts with the School Accounting System and this update contains changes that affect both products simultaneously, you will also need to be at SAS version 25.12.19.01(or higher, if applicable).

  • Data Entry
    • Cash Receipts and Purchase Orders are now available for Beta in the New Experience.
  • Employee Information>Personal Information
    • The Federal W4 option has been updated to include the 2026 Form W-4 from the Internal Revenue Service.
    • Employee Direct Deposit Types of Fixed and Percent Type no longer allow for the Direct Deposit Sequence of 999.
  • Reports
    • When searching on the Chart of Account parameter on the Requisition Detail Listing – Detail Report, users were receiving an error. This has been corrected.

New Experience

  • Data Entry
    • Cash Receipts and Purchase Orders are now available for Beta in the New Experience.
  • Leave Requests
    • In Leave Requests, Number of Units to Use will no longer default to 0.00.
  • View Documents
    • View/Edit link has been added to all View Documents.
  • Leave Requests>Substitutes
    • A warning will be displayed if substitute is already assigned to a different leave request for the same day.
  • W4
    • 2026 W4 is available.
