Note: For those districts that have the Web Link module, you will also need to be at Web Link version 25.12.19.01 (or higher, if applicable) since this update contains changes that affect both products simultaneously. Web Link updates must be downloaded through the File Transfer Center and installed on the web server.
Important Tax Information
Tax Tables with changes for 2026: California State Income Tax, Colorado State Income Tax, Federal Income Tax, Social Security (limit change only), Iowa State Income Tax, Michigan State Income Tax, Minnesota State Income Tax, Missouri State Income Tax, Montana State Income Tax, Nebraska State Income Tax, New York State Income Tax, and Virginia State Income Tax
Tax Tables with NO changes for 2026: Alabama State Income Tax, Federal Unemployment, Kansas City Local Income Tax, Kansas State Income Tax, Ohio State Income Tax, Pennsylvania State Income Tax, Idaho State Income Tax, Medicare, St. Louis Local Income Tax, and Wisconsin State Income Tax
Tax Tables with tax tables not released for 2026: Illinois State Income Tax and North Dakota State Income Tax

Once you install the 25.12.19.01 update, you will have the released 2026 information for the federal, state and local income taxes and unemployment taxable wage base limits for applicable states. To view and verify this information, please print the appropriate documents using the links below. The tables in these documents MUST be compared to your tax information in the Taxes option under the Maintenance menu in Payroll prior to calculating your first payroll in January 2026.
If you are currently using the Negotiations module with the School Accounting System, the 2026 tax and unemployment information will update automatically upon installing the update.

- System Wide
- Automatic emailing has been added to help prevent fraudulent changes. When changes are made to Employee, Payee, or Vendor Direct Deposit Account Numbers and/or Bank IDs or email addresses, an automatic email will be sent notifying them of the change. Emails with also be sent if Users change their passwords.
- Accounts Payable>Data Entry
- Validation has been added to Invoice and Purchase Order Batches to not allow changes to posted batches.
- General Ledger>Data Entry
- In Cash Receipts, after using the Copy Cash Receipt option and then searching for a new cash receipt without saving, the software was returning an error. This has been corrected.
- Negotiations>Reports
- The Negotiations Variance Report was updated to pull the Pay Rate times Total Hours into the Total Contract field if the Total Contract is blank in the Employee Wage.
- Payroll>Data Entry
- Employee Absence Batches were returning an error when trying to delete a batch that was tied to a Calculate Payroll Batch. This has been corrected.
- Payroll>Government Reporting
- Idaho: Idaho PERSI Choice 401(k) Plan Total Earnings Year to Date was being inflated for each type of deduction. This has been corrected.
- Kansas: Kansas Unemployment Report was updated to select Month 1, Month 2, and Month 3 based on the check date of the payrolls being included. Also, the Taxable Gross column showed the incorrect amount of wages not over the limit. This has been corrected.
- North Dakota: North Dakota Deferred Compensation Report has been updated to now allow for the reporting of Roth Deductions which is required starting January 1, 2026.
- Payroll>Maintenance
- The 2026 W4 has been added to the system for use on the Employee Personal Changes – Federal W4 screen found on the Taxes tab in the Employee File.
- The Employee Deduction Screen was showing incorrect amounts in the display grid if the deduction has both a fixed amount and a fixed table. This has been corrected.
- When importing using the Import Unit Pay Information Excluding Amounts, the Total Payments was not importing. This has been corrected.
- Pennsylvania State Income Tax is now available.
- Payroll>Options
- The incorrect To Name was being used on emails for the Edit Leave Substitutes, Fully Approved Message and the FMLA Leave Request Approved Message emails. This has been corrected.
- Payroll>Reports
- The Estimated Qualified Overtime Compensation Report was updated to only include Pay Codes flagged as Overtime.
- The Contract Export and Employee Listing – Negotiation Information Reports were updated to remove the decimal place for the Lane field.
