Training Tidbit: Employee Email Address Report

Are you looking for a report listing email addresses for your employees, or a report showing employees who do not have an email address in the software? If so, print the Employee Email Address Report to view the specified information.

The Employee Email Address Report can be accessed from the Payroll screen, Reports menu, and then Employee Reports. The report can be generated to sort the employees alphabetically or by pay group (by selecting the Alpha Sort or Pay Group Sort report selection), or to print only the employees without an email address entered in the Employee File (by selecting the No Email Address on File report selection). Parameters are available in order to specify to print the report for all employees or just certain employees (based on active and employee status, employee and pay group IDs, and email address type and usage).
