I have some teachers that are paid 10 times a year, some 12, and the rest 24. What should be entered in the Pay Periods Per Year field when building the Benefit Totals table?
When building the Benefit Totals table, leave the Pay Periods Per Year field blank to use the Total Payments from the pay code for each person (i.e. 10, 12, or 24) so the amounts are calculated correctly.
