FAQ: Is the FTE used for hourly employees in Negotiations?

Yes. It is used to calculate the FTE/Hours table in order to determine the total number of FTEs in the package.
Note: The FTEs are not used when calculating the Salary Totals table for unit packages. Instead, it multiplies the hours from the FTE/Hours table by the salary amount from the Salary Schedule – Amounts table.
