Where is the Update End of Year option in Fixed Asset Inventory?
There is no longer an Update End of Year option to complete during the End of Fiscal Year process in the Fixed Asset Inventory module. The history of the depreciation amounts are now tracked by processing month, and there is no longer a set field for the current year’s depreciation that needs to be zeroed out with an update option. The new year’s depreciation can be calculated (processed) without having to close a prior year.
