Training Tidbit: File Names

Did you know that when creating files for the various government reports from within the School Accounting System, you should not change the name of the file? If the file name is changed, the third party to whom the file is being submitted may not be able to access the information contained in the file. So, keep in mind, when creating the files for the various reports, such as for retirement, unemployment, and annual reports, use the default name that appears as the file name in the School Accounting System.
