FAQ: How do I make a copy of a standard report within the Report Writer module?

Complete the steps below to make a copy of a standard report within the Report Writer module in order to customize it:

  • From the Report Writer screen, select the report to copy by highlighting the report and then click the Edit Record button located at the top of the screen.
  • On the Edit Report screen, select the File menu and then Save As.
  • When prompted, enter a unique name for the new report and click the OK button.
  • A message will appear stating the new report was saved; click OK.
  • Make the desired changes to the new report.
  • Click the Save button to save your changes.
