Training Tidbit: IA Unemployment Electronic Filing
Did you know you are able to file your Quarterly Unemployment Report with the Iowa Workforce Development electronically via the Internet? To do so, follow these simple steps:
- From within the School Accounting System, generate the Iowa Unemployment Report as normal and print the Quarterly Unemployment Report for Iowa to verify the information.
- Once the information is verified, complete the Create Report File option (Options menu on the Iowa Unemployment Report screen) to create the file to submit electronically via the Internet.
- To upload your quarterly unemployment report file, access the Iowa Workforce Development’s Unemployment Insurance Tax System website at www.myiowaui.org
