Training Tidbit: Open Checklist Instance Button

Have you noticed the Open Checklist Instance button (see below) in the Employee File?

The Open Checklist Instance button in the Employee File indicates whether or not there is a checklist instance in Human Resources with tasks still pending for the employee currently displayed on the screen.

If the currently displayed employee has a pending checklist instance, the Open Checklist Instance button will appear in green as a reminder to complete the necessary tasks for the employee; and then to quickly access the pending checklist instance for the particular employee, click the Open Checklist Instance button.

If the currently displayed employee does not have a pending checklist instance, or the school district has not licensed the Human Resources module, the Open Checklist Instance button appears gray and is disabled.
