Training Tidbit: Print Negative Numbers in Red
When printing reports containing numeric values, would you like negative numbers to stand out? If so, select the Print Negative Numbers in Red field on the Report Printing Options screen to have the numeric values that are negative on the report appear in red on the preview screen and print in red (provided a color printer is utilized). The Print Negative Numbers in Red field appears below the Sub Heading field on the Report Printing Options screen if the report contains numeric fields (see print screen below), and a checkmark will appear in the box if the field is selected.
Note: To have the Print Negative Numbers in Red field selected by default for your user ID when printing reports, access User Options from under the Utilities menu on the main School Accounting System screen; then select the Print Negative Numbers in Red field on the User Options screen.
