Here are a couple of helpful hints to keep in mind for the IA Upload process
- Below is a link showing two different example error messages that you may receive after completing Stage 3 of the upload process from within the state’s website. (Note: There are numerous error messages that you could receive, but these are just to show you the format the errors are in and the explanation provided with the errors.)With each example, we have included the text from the state’s accounting manual noting the business rules applicable to the piece (further explaining the reason for the error) and the resolution to correct the error. - When verifying the errors and trying to determine the corrections to make, be sure you are referring to the latest version of the accounting manual.
