FAQ: How do I add SUI to my Safe Sender list?

An increasing number of email clients (Outlook, Hotmail, Gmail, etc.) are including spam blockers that can affect delivery and display of some email messages. This means that some of our important email communications might not reach you, or they might be displayed without images.

To ensure that you continue receiving these important messages, and that they display properly, we recommend adding the domain name for Software Unlimited, Inc. (su-inc.com) to your list of safe senders. This usually involves simply adding our sending address (From:) to your whitelist, safelist, or list of priviledged senders. This is commonly known as whitelisting.

Important email communication from Software Unlimited, Inc. can come from sales@su-inc.com, training@su-inc.com, or support@su-inc.com, as well as individual email accounts with the same domain.

Click here for detailed whitelisting instructions for your specific email client.  Also, please ask your school’s technology coordinator and/or email administrator to double check that the domain “su-inc.com” is on your list of safe senders.

Other providers:

If Software Unlimited, Inc. email communication is being filtered, try adding sales@su-inc.com (or other address) to your Address Book or Contact list.

If this option is not available, try moving the message to your ‘inbox’ or forwarding the message to yourself.

If subsequent messages continue to be filtered, call or e-mail your ISP’s technical support and ask how you can be sure to receive all e-mail from sales@su-inc.com (or other address).
