FAQ: I executed a process and now am receiving a message stating “Not Responding”; what should I do?

I executed a process in the School Accounting System and now I am receiving a message stating “Not Responding”. What should I do?

If the “Not Responding” message comes up, wait and let the system complete the process. It is very important that you let the system continue working. Do not exit or force the software to close. Even though the School Accounting System may appear to be frozen or not responding, the system is still working behind the scenes. Be patient and wait for the system to complete the process. Ultimately, the system will finish processing the command or an error message will appear. If you see a “Not Responding” message and believe you need to end the process, contact Customer Support for guidance prior to attempting to do so.
