When installing an update to the School Accounting System and updating the database, I received a message stating the database is in use and asking to disconnect the users. Why did I get this message?
All users must be logged out of the School Accounting System before installing an update and updating the database. If this message appears, be sure all other users are logged out and close all School Accounting System screens that are open on your computer, and then click Yes to continue.
