How do I submit my W2 information to the Social Security Administration?

The W2 information can be submitted by paper (only if you have less than 250 returns) or electronically via the Internet. In order to submit the W2 information electronically via the Internet, first create the W2 electronic file (refer to the Creating the W2 Electronic File topic in the Help File). Then access the electronic filing system website for the Social Security Administration at: http://www.ssa.gov/bso/bsowelcome.htm.
