I am printing my W2s, but they are not lining up correctly; what should I do?
Make slight adjustments to the settings on the Employee W2s screen and then test the changes for five to ten employees. Repeat this as many times as necessary in order to align everything correctly. Also, SUI recommends running W2s to plain paper as many times as necessary to make sure they are correct before printing on your perforated paper or W2 forms.
