FAQ: I have my budget set up in a separate file (i.e. Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, Microsoft Word document, etc.); can I import this into a budget batch?
Yes. The budget can be imported into a budget batch by utilizing the Import Budgets option (accessed under the Options menu for a budget batch). The file must be one of the following types to be imported into the School Accounting System: ASCII text, comma delimited, fixed length, spreadsheet, tab delimited, or other delimited (i.e. pipe or tilde delimited).
