I would like to print my inactive, deceased, and terminated employee W2s separately from my active employee W2s. Is that possible?

Yes. When printing the W2s, change the filters for the Active and Employee Status fields (columns) in order to select only inactive, deceased, and/or terminated employees. Then select the applicable employees and print their W2s. After printing the W2s for the selected employees, click the Clear All Selection button and then change the filters again to select the next group of employees for which to print the W2s.
