Training Tidbit: Are there templates available for use with importing?
Yes, templates are available for use with the import options that are accessible for most maintenance and data entry options within the School Accounting System to import various information, such as Import Invoices, Import Cash Receipts, Import Budgets, and Import Contracts, to name a few.
The import templates include the file specifications for importing the various files, sample data information, and a spreadsheet template. The templates can be accessed by clicking here, or by clicking the Get Templates button from an Import screen. When selected, the user will be redirected to a web page with the available templates for each of the applicable import options.
