Training Tidbit: Spaces No Longer Required When Keying Account Numbers While Printing Reports
Did you know you no longer have to key spaces when keying an account number into a chart of account number parameter while printing a report in the School Accounting System?
With the 13.12.02.01 (and higher) version of the School Accounting System, you are now able to key a specific account number without the spaces when completing a chart of account number parameter while printing a report. After advancing from the parameter field, the system will then display the account number automatically with spaces.
Note: When entering a mask for account numbers using wildcard characters in a chart of account number parameter, you must still key the spaces between the account dimensions.
