Training Tidbit: What report can be used to submit the information for bargaining unit employees to union representatives in Iowa?
Complete the Iowa State Education Association Report option in Payroll to generate a report (and create a file) of information for bargaining unit employees to submit to union representatives when requested. The Iowa State Education Association Report option is accessed under the Government Reporting menu in Payroll. The report, which can be generated for a group of employees based on selected pay groups and/or referenced custom fields, includes the contact information for the employees (first and last name, address, email addresses, and phone numbers), along with the other required information for folder number, position, worksite, hire date, and salary.
