Training Tidbit: Web Link Training Resources

Did you know there are several training resources available for help with the Web Link module? Resources are available to help complete the setup steps for using the Web Link module, and provide instruction or assistance on using the options within the module.

  • Web Link Setup Checklist:  The Web Link Setup Checklist in the Help File lists the steps to complete in order to implement and utilize the Web Link module.
  • Web Link Setup Refresher Webinar:  The Web Link Setup Refresher Webinar reviews the steps included on the Web Link Setup Checklist.  Completing the Web Link Setup Options and defining users for Web Link access are covered in detail during the webinar.  To register for an upcoming live presentation of the webinar, access the Training Calendar on our website, or to request a link to a recording of the recent webinar, contact the Training Department.
  • Training Tutorials for Web Link:  Training tutorials designed for the end users (employees at the district) are available and show how to use the options within Web Link.   • Web Link Instruction Templates:  A template containing detailed instructions on using the most common options in Web Link is available to be downloaded.  The template instructions can be edited as necessary to provide the specific directions you require and then given to the users (employees) at your district.  Click here for the instructions template for Web Link classic experience, or click here for the instructions template for Web Link modern experience.  Additionally, these customer templates (for Web Link classic experience) have been shared by the Beresford School District (SD) to be used as an example and guide.  (Templates and screen captures may not be current or complete based on the features used by your district).
