FAQ: Can I generate a balance sheet for several funds at once?

Yes, multiple funds can be included when printing the Balance Sheet report in order to print each fund’s information on separate pages, one fund after another; or else, the Balance Sheet-Combined report can be printed to view multiple funds on the same page, each as a separate column on the report.  The Balance Sheet and Balance Sheet-Combined reports are accessed under the Reports menu on the General Ledger screen and then Other Reports.  When printing either the Balance Sheet or the Balance Sheet-Combined, select the desired funds to include on the report by completing the Fund Number parameter.
