Training Tidbit: Did you know that you can email direct deposit stubs to your employees in Payroll?
The Email Direct Deposit Stubs option emails the direct deposit stub as an attachment (.PDF file) to employees and payees during a check cycle in Payroll. Only the employees and payees set up for direct deposit with an email address entered and the usage of Direct Deposit selected for the email address will be included when the Email Direct Deposit Stubs option is completed.
In order to send emails through your organization’s SMTP mail server with the Email Direct Deposit Stubs option, the workstation must have an active Internet connection and the Email Manager option must be completed.
