FAQ: Can employees tested via SSNVS show with errors for name and SSN not matching for ACA?

Yes, employees that were previously tested through the Social Security Number Verification Service (SSNVS) may still be returned with errors for name and SSN not matching for ACA, in particular if they had been tested some time ago.  The employees (and/or their dependents, if applicable) with the errors for name and SSN not matching will still need to be verified.  Click here to view the FAQ regarding errors for name and SSN not matching for ACA and see the steps and additional tips for resolving the error.
