FAQ: I am trying to log into Web Link and I’m getting a message that the account is locked. Why?

If you’ve attempted to login to Web Link several times unsuccessfully, you will be locked out due to restrictions defined in the Web Link Setup Options within the School Accounting System.  Contact your Business Office to regain access to Web Link.  If you have Supervisor rights or defined as a Web Link administrator within the School Accounting System, select the Utilities menu from the main screen of the software, and then select Web Link Setup Options.  Under the Locked Users List, delete the locked user for whom to allow to sign into Web Link by clicking the Delete button next to the appropriate User ID.  Then click the Save button.
