The file format for uploading on North Dakota’s Job Service Secure FTP site is not available in the School Accounting System; instead, use the electronic file format and submit the file using North Dakota’s Job Service UIEasy application. To create the electronic file, complete the Create Report File option from within the North Dakota Unemployment Report option in the School Accounting System. After the file is created, upload the file by accessing North Dakota’s Job Service UIEasy application at https://secure.apps.state.nd.us/jsnd/uiiatax/login.htm
