FAQ: I received a message stating there were employees without a payroll cycle selected when generating the Missouri Retirement Report; what does this mean?
If you receive a message stating there were employees without a payroll cycle selected when generating the Missouri Retirement Report, it means the report did NOT generate because there are employees that do not have the Payroll Cycle custom field completed in the Employee File. To resolve the issue and continue generating the report, click Yes when prompted to view the employees without the payroll cycle custom field selected; then go to the Employee File and complete the Payroll Cycle custom field on the Custom Fields tab for the applicable employees. After completing the custom field, generate the retirement report again and now the report will generate.
